Suspect Arrested for a Lewd Act in Walmart

ABILENE, TX --A 23-year-old Abilene man is facing charges after he allegedly masturbated in the women's restroom at a Walmart in north Abilene.

According to the Abilene Police Department, a woman saw Cristobal Vega-Sanchez masturbating in an open stall in the women's restroom. According to the responding officers, the victim was "offended, upset, and rattled."

When Vega-Sanchez was arrested he provided a fake name and date of birth.

Once Vega-Sanchez was processed at the Taylor County Jail, he was identified by his fingerprints.

Vega-Sanchez was charged with indecent exposure and failure to identify. His bond has been set at $1,500.
