Odessa Man Arrested in Brutal Stabbing Attack

ODESSA, TX – Police have made an arrest two days after a brutal stabbing attack in Odessa.

According to the Odessa Police Department, officers responded to the 1200 block of N. Lee for reports of a stabbing.

Officers located the 48-year-old victim and he was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The investigation revealed 31-year-old Ronald Garcia Carballosa was involved. Carballosa fled the scene before police arrived.

Carballosa has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a 2nd-degree felony.
