December 1, 2020 - Fort Worth, Texas – The Cowboy Channel, which is the official network of ProRodeo and the first 24-hour television network totally dedicated to western sports and the western lifestyle, announced today the addition of American Rodeo Champion and “King of the Cowboys” Trevor Brazile as the co-host of the NFR Pre-Show, alongside Justin McKee. This is the first year The Cowboy Channel will be broadcasting live all 10 straight nightly rounds of competition from the biggest rodeo finals in the country.
“The Cowboy Channel has given fans more access to ProRodeo and the personalities that shape it over the last year than I dreamed was possible,” said Trevor Brazile. “In a regular year, what they’ve done would have been unprecedented. But in 2020, their team’s coverage of ProRodeo has given people something positive to look forward to as a family every night.” He added, “Being a part of The Cowboy Channel’s nightly NFR coverage is an honor I don’t take lightly, and I’m looking forward to offering my perspective alongside Justin McKee.”
Trevor holds the record for the most PRCA world champion titles with 26 total. He is considered the most highly decorated cowboy in the history of rodeo and has won more than anyone else, most recently passing the $7 million dollar mark. He also holds the record for the most World All-Around Cowboy Champion titles. Trevor grew up on ProRodeo watching his father compete in amateur and professional events. He is originally from Amarillo and now lives in Decatur,Texas.

The Cowboy Channel NFR broadcast will also simulcast on RFD-TV and Rural Radio. The simulcast will showcase new technological advances such as 4K, Sky Cam footage, 360 Degree cameras and Ghost cams to not miss one single second of the action. In addition to The Cowboy Channel’s television network along with RFD-TV, the NFR coverage will also be available for live streaming + on demand in three languages – English, Spanish and Portuguese – on the PRCA on Cowboy Channel+ app for the 10 days at www.cowboychannelplus.com.
