Police Need Help Finding an At-Risk Man Missing Since 2:30 a.m. Friday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — This man is missing and the San Angelo Police Department said Friday evening that he is "at risk."

Update 12 a.m. Saturday: The man has been located, police said.

Police issued an all-points bulletin seeking help finding Kirk Arms, a 26-year-old man who police said was "intellectually disabled." He is a white male, 5 feet tall, and weighs 172 pounds.

Kirk was last seen at a group home at around 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Westwood.

Kirk was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and black and red tennis shoes. Kirk also wears glasses.

If you can help police locate Kirk by giving information of his whereabouts, police asked you call 9-1-1 or the non-emergency phone at (325) 657-4498.
