Forgery and Assault Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Lonnie Wooten was arrested for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF IMPAIR/INTERRUPT PUB SERVICE at 7:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Elizabeth Ruiz was arrested for FORGERY OF GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT and FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS < 5 at 12:17 p.m. Her bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Aaron Lange was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:37 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.00. 

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 436 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020:
  • Francisco Quiroga was arrested for GJI*ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV, GOB*ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF, and MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 11:24 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,176.00.
  • Elizabeth Ruiz was arrested for FORGERY OF GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT and FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS < 5 at 12:17 p.m. Her bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Lonnie Wooten was arrested for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF IMPAIR/INTERRUPT PUB SERVICE at 7:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Aaron Lange was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:37 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.00. 
  • Philip Cole was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 9:43 p.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Shawn Ybarra was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY VIOLENCE - CLASS C at 12:15 a.m. His bond has been set at $2,048.00.
  • Marcus Gray was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:47 a.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Sylvia Ramirez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 7:43 a.m. Her bond has not been set this time.
