Original Henry's To Reopen After Staff Tests Positive for Coronavirus

SAN ANGELO, TX -- After being closed for five days, the management of The Original Henry's has confirmed the closure was due to COVID-19.

In a statement on Facebook, the restaurant shared they had "staff members who were sent home with symptoms and later tested positive for the virus."

"For that reason, we decided to be safe and close for a few days to disinfect and keep those not infected, and our customers, safe."

The restaurant confirmed a sanitation company had thoroughly cleaned every aspect of the restaurant.

After confirming all staff has been cleared the restaurant is planning to reopen next Tuesday.

"Everyone within the Henry's staff is safe and are looking forward to being back in the restaurant as soon as we feel it's safe for our customers," stated the restaurant. "We thank everyone for their patience and loyalty to us during this time as we are working tirelessly to bring you back the food, family, and atmosphere that you love."
