EL PASO, TX -- El Paso continues breaking its owns records after confirming 3,100 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
According to the city's Department of Public Health, the active case count has jumped to 21,902. This includes 438 delayed results reported from the state.
There are currently 1,041 patients hospitalized with coronavirus complications. Currently, more than 300 of them are in intensive care and 175 patients are on ventilators.
The city has also confirmed more than 600 deaths since the pandemic began.
