Coronavirus: 5th Death Confirmed This Week in Tom Green County

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Health officials Thursday afternoon has confirmed the 5th COVID-19 related death in Tom Green County in the last week alone.

According to the San Angelo Health Department, the patient was identified as a male in his 80s who was a resident of Tom Green County.

This week's deaths:

  • Monday - Female in her 80s
  • Tuesday - Female in her 80s
  • Wednesday - Male in his 60s, Female in her 60s
  • Thursday - Male in his 80s

This brings the total COVID-19-related death count in Tom Green County to 72: 51 from Tom Green County and 21 from other counties.
