Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 458 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:
- Earnest Hunter was arrested for *GJI* ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SEXUAL ASSAULT, VOP ASSAULT FAMILY / HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/ PREV CONV, *GJI* BURGLARY HABITATION INTEND SEX OFFENSE at 9:35 p.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Crystal Guzman was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 < 1G and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 5:59 a.m. Her bond has been set at $13,000.00.
- Preston Hart was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 1:33 a.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday (08/26/2020):
- Krystal Sepeda was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 12:51 a.m. Her bond has been set at $8,000.00.
- Preston Hart was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 1:33 a.m. His bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Crystal Guzman was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 < 1G and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 5:59 a.m. Her bond has been set at $13,000.00.
- Jonathan Reyes was arrested for GOB POSS CS PG 1 < 1G and GOB CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:46 p.m. His bond has been set at 9:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Steven Alvarado was arrested for RPR UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 9:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Chriselda Esquivel was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 12:37 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Douglas Martinez was arrested for MISC DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, MISC FTA X2, MISC POSS/DEL OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC VPTA at 3:58 p.m. His bond has been set at $3,596.00.
- David Laney was arrested for FTA at 10:52 p.m. His bond has been set at $8,000.00.
- James Jordan was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 2:18 p.m. His bond has been set at $442.00.
- Earnest Hunter was arrested for *GJI* ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SEXUAL ASSAULT, VOP ASSAULT FAMILY / HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/ PREV CONV, *GJI* BURGLARY HABITATION INTEND SEX OFFENSE at 9:35 p.m. His bond has been set at $10,000.00.
