Nature Center Hosts Fright Fest Oct. 25

 

The San Angelo Nature Center promises a “spooktacular” time with its animals at Fright Fest ’14 on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The Halloween-themed event from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. will feature a mini haunted house, games, free candy, spooky stories with Mrs. Skunker, roach races, scary animal feedings and more. Admission is $2 for Nature Center members and $4 for non-members.

Annual memberships to the Nature Center, 7409 Knickerbocker Road, are $25 for a family and $20 for an individual.

The Nature Center is normally open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. Admission is $3 for ages 13 and older, $2 for ages 4-12, and free for children 3 and younger.
