WANTED: Child Predator Refuses to Register

SAN ANGELO, TX – Have you seen the man in the picture above? 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on July 16, this is Edward Crisp Sr. He is wanted for 2nd Degree Felony Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. 

Crisp is a 49-year-old white male that is 6'1 and weighs 175 lbs.
