The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Melinda Ramirez was arrested for ARSON W/MAN/ATT MAN CONT SUB DMGE BLDG/HAB/VEH at 8:08 p.m. Her bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Jasmine Burman was arrested for CRIMINAL NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE at 4:17 p.m. Her bond has been set at $5,000.00.
- Kenneth Ford was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:39 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 418 in use by inmates currently in TGCJ as of Monday morning.
