The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Rodolfo Rodriguez was arrested for ROBBERY and UNAUTH ABSENCE COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY at 6:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Mercer McGuire was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:25 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Robin Collins was arrested for THEFT PROP > = $100 < $750 and POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 6:53 p.m. Her bond has been set at $8,000.00.
Out of the 446 beds available there are 404 in use by inmates currently in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

- Ashley Arteaga was arrested for GJI THEFT PROP < $2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 4:01 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.

- Robert Torres was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, and PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 11:53 p.m.

- Armenda Guinn was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and LITTERING at 10:26 a.m. Her bond has been set at $693.00.
- Kacieann Garza was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 9:59 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,420.00.
- Robin Collins was arrested for THEFT PROP > = $100 < $750 and POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 6:53 p.m. Her bond has been set at $8,000.00.
- Tashaura Malone was arrested for GJI ABANDON ENDANGER CHILD W/INTENT TO RETURN at 10:28 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
