Thirty-one inmates were put behind bars on Wednesday, many of which had multiple charges and warrants. One individual was jailed on 12 different charges that included evading arrest, possession, marijuana, paraphernalia and various warrants for assault, possession and resisting arrest.
Another individual was jailed on three instances of writing bad checks, and a third was booked for falsifying a drug test.
Theft, possession, pot and assault accounted for the highest number of charges Wednesday, with five theft, four marijuana and possession and three assault charges. Two people were booked on DWI, one of which had two charges.
In addition, one person was jailed for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and another for harassment.
Twenty-three inmates were released on Wednesday.
