SAN ANGELO, TX – Temperatures in San Angelo are forecast to reach 107 degrees Tuesday with rain in store later in the week.
According to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo, Temperatures are expected to climb above 100 degrees this afternoon at numerous locations. Heat safety precautions should be taken by those who will be working or spending time outdoors today.
The forecast calls for sunny and hot, with a high near 107. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible during the latter part of this week and through the Memorial Day holiday weekend. A few strong to severe storms will be possible. The main hazards will be lightning, gusty winds and hail.
Rain chances begin Wednesday night.
