Hair Salons & Barber Shops Can Open Friday; How Long Did Your Hair Get?

SAN ANGELO, TX – Beauty salons and barber shops have been shut down for several weeks in Texas as authorities attempt to slow the spread of coronavirus.

Law abiding citizens will have long hair and must be looking forward to Friday as hair care providers are allowed to reopen.

Social media has been filled with photos and memes about personal appearance during the quarantine.

Are you brave enough to share pictures of how long your has has gotten?

What about gray roots?

How about your finger nails?

This is serious.  It is for posterity.

Future generations are counting on you to show them what we sacrificed during the pandemic of 2020.

I grew sick of my unruly mop, so I got on FB (even though I hate it) San Angelo Swap and Sell Everything and asked about a haircut from home. Well, I was immediately verbally assaulted by two female magpies with obviously nothing better to do than spend their time perusing FB. Comments like "cut your own hair like we do" or "you need to stay home" were unhelpful and unwelcome commentary for my simple request. So, I called a relative's barber and paid handsomely for a haircut from home. Felt like a new man.
