Coronavirus By the Numbers: Daily Map Shows Number of Cases Nears 30,000

SAN ANGELO, TX – As previously reported on Thursday, the Texas Department of Health Services reported 28,087 confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus in Texas. 

Following Thursday's update from the Texas Department of Health Services, the number of confirmed cases has risen to 29,229  with the current fatality toll up to 816 , with 14,122 patients that have recovered statewide.

Out of the 254 counties in Texas there are currently 210 that are reporting confirmed cases of Coronavirus.
