Tom Green County Library Adds Online Application For Residents

SAN ANGELO, TX –  San Angelo residents who are still without a library card  can submit an application online now. In the link below is the application that gives them access to the library for 90 days. Once the library reopens and before that time period ends, they will need to come in and show proof of ID, residence, etc. However for now Tom Green County Library is relaxing these standards until further notice to increase access for a larger part of our community. TGCL will continue doing curbside pickup service for all holds as well.
