ASPERMONT,TX – The owners of the Caloosa Ranch have decided it was time to sell, and are listing their 14,500-acre West Texas ranch into the market. The owners are seeking $13.2 million for the land and everything on it.
The ranch, situated just north of Abilene, TX near Aspermont, has previously been used by the owners for hunting. In addition to wild game, roads, fish and water, the property’s mineral rights are included in the deal. An improvement on the land includes a 4,768-square-foot lodge, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, common areas, formal dining room and a covered porch. Also in place is a 2,950-square-foot ranch manager’s house, a game cleaning barn, and two Quonset hut barns.
The ranch is offered as "ready-to-hunt, with over 200 deer blinds and feeders in place,” said Joey Bellington with Whitetail Properties, who is marketing the property.
