WATCH: Police Find Body in the Red Arroyo

SAN ANGELO, TX – A body was found in the Red Arroyo near Sherwood Way Wednesday morning. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on Mar. 4, officers with the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the Red Arroyo on Sherwood Way for the report of a body.

Officers on scene have confirmed that the person found in the arroyo is dead. Police suspect that the person drowned.  

It is unknown the name of the victim at this time.
