SAPD Seeks Help Finding Sex Offender

The San Angelo Police Department needs public assistance finding Fidencio Sosa, a registered sex offender with an active warrant. 

Fidencio was born on Nov. 13, 1964. 

Tips may be provided to the San Angelo Police Department at 1-855-TIPS-247
