Theft Suspect Arrested After Anonymous Tip

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thanks to an anonymous tip a man who was wanted for credit card abuse has been captured. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on  Friday, January 31, Sebastian Milian, 44, was arrested for credit or debit card abuse. 

As previously reported on Jan. 2,  the San Angelo Police Department was looking for information regarding the identity of a suspect who allegedly attempted to get cash from the First Financial Bank located at 222 South Koenigheim using a stolen debit card. Milian was identified and arrested thanks to an anonymous tip.
