BOOKING REPORT: Over 30 Suspects Arrested During the Christmas Holiday

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thirty-four suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the Christmas Holiday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Juan Delapaz was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 1:08 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Marcos Huerta was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:00 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
• Julius Williams was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:09 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 416 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

• Bryan Rollins was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug at 12:07 a.m. His bond is set at $36,000. 
• Juan Delapaz was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 1:08 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Dustin Maddran was arrested  for possession of a controlled substance and a MISC CPF at 2:12 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
• Hector Noriega was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:09 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
• Lacy Hernandez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:18 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
• Gabriel Portillo was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:25 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
• Julius Williams was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:09 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
• Eugene Garcia was arrested for class c theft, three MISC VPTA, and MISC walking with traffic at 4:14 p.m. His bond was set at $2,330 and was released at 7:28 p.m. 
• Kaleb Adams was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:16 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
• Sabrina Medina was arrested for MTR failure to identify by giving false info, Criminal trespassing, and MTR criminal trespassing at 6:15 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
• Jephte Flores was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug at 6:24 p.m. His bond was set at $750 and was released Wednesday at 3:28 p.m. 
• Eduardo Hernandez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing at 6:46 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Wednesday at 3:28 p.m. 
• Shena Manley was arrested for DLWI, speeding, and two MISC VPTA at 7:20 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,494 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
• Anna Landin was arrested for failure to identify by giving false info and MISC fugitive from justice at 7:37 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
• Jacob Aguayo was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:55 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Wednesday at 12:43 p.m. 
• Martin Villagomez was arrested for resisting arrest and no DL at 10:58 p.m. His bond was set at $880 and was released Wednesday at 1:13 a.m. 
• Cruz Moreno was arrested for six MISC CPF at `10:58 p.m. He was released without bond Wednesday at 8:13 p.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

• Seth Nava was arrested for DLWI, no proof of financial responsibility, three MISC CPF, and two MISC VPTA at 2:22 a.m. His bond is set at $2,950. 
• Marcos Huerta was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:00 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
• Leopoldo Luna was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, one MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 3:21 a,m. His bond was set at $2,982 and was released at 3:28 p.m. 
• Damian Meza was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 3:57 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:43 p.m. 
• Juan Vargas was arrested for five MISC CPF at 5:03 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:13 p.m. 
• Jo Robertson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:53 p.m. Her bond was set at $20,642 and was released Thursday at 10:58 a.m. 
• Christopher Thompson was arrested for MTR assault to a family member by impeding breath or circulation at 8:23 p.m. His bond is set at $30,000.
