SAN ANGELO, TX – The long awaited indoor trampoline park newly constructed behind the Lowes Home Improvement Center on Sherwood Way opened over the weekend.
As we reported earlier, the Ultimate Air Trampoline Park San Angelo was scheduled to open Friday but ran into a glitch.
The new facility opened to the public on Saturday and will be open over the weekend after closing for Christmas Day.
According to the business website, the trampoline park will be open Christmas Eve from noon to 5 p.m.
Regular hours are:
- Sunday 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Monday – Thursday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Friday 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Saturday. 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Ultimate Air Trampoline Park is located at 4169 Loop 306 in San Angelo.
In an earlier interview, Michelle Kearby, the general manager, hopes the park can provide a fun, safe place for parents to take their kids after school or on the weekend. Complete with a trampoline area to play basketball, dodgeball, or just bounce, customers will also be treated to a one of a kind ninja experience. The "ninja course" will challenge its participants with an "American Ninja Warrior" type obstacle course. Kearby said there is no age limit to try it, but it will be difficult and will take strength and size that not all ages have.
In addition to the trampolines and ninja course, they will also have concessions, a viewing area for parents, seating (including massage chairs), ziplines, and a rock wall. There will also be a designated six years old and younger section. "Anything you need to blow a day, you can do here," co-owner Buddy Caubble said.
