SAN ANGELO, TX -- A new report shows that Thanksgiving is the most dangerous Holiday to travel on highways and that November is the second most deadliest month on roads.
According to QuoteWizard, Thanksgiving is the deadliest holiday on National roads. From 2011 to 2015 there was a reported 1,929 deaths on Thanksgiving or the Thanksgiving weekend. 35.5% of these deaths were alcohol related.
As for the month as a whole, November has a fatal crash rate of 1.12 for every 100 million vehicle miles. These numbers were gathered between 2007-2017.

4. Memorial Day 1,684 with 39.5% alcohol related
