HONDO, TX -- The Texas Department of Public Safety have issued an Amber Alert for a 14-year-old girl that has been missing for almost a month.
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, on October 16, Eva Garcia, 14, was last seen.
She is a Hispanic female who is 5'2" and weighs roughly 110 lbs.
