Over 20 Suspects Arrested and Booked into Jail Monday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-one suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  1. Eric Guerrero was arrested for possession of marijuana, GJI sex offenders duty to register annually, and nine MISC CPF at 11:18 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  2. Tommy Mejias was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 and possession of a controlled substance PG 2 at 9:43 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  3. Kathryn Reyes was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance PG1 at 2:56 a.m. Her bond is set at $8,500. 

Out of the 446 beds, 457 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  1. Michael Meza was arrested for possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 12:26 a.m. His bond was set at $161,000 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 

  2. Quaid Alvar was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:46 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:43 a.m. 
  3. Kathryn Reyes was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance PG1 at 2:56 a.m. Her bond is set at $8,500. 
  4. Tommy Mejias was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 and possession of a controlled substance PG 2 at 9:43 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

  6. Michael Baker was arrested for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 11:28 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  7. Timothy Espinoza was arrested for GOB injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury at 11:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  8. Sabrina Medina was arrested for one MISC CPF at 1:05 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  9. Dustin Lara was arrested for a MISC VOP at 1:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Mark Samaniego was arrested for RPR DWLI with a previous conviction at 2:00 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:43 p.m. 
  11. Michael Fuentes was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 2:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  12. Vanessa Solis was arrested for criminal mischief and three MISC COMM at 2:50 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 at 3:30 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Joe Salas was arrested for GOB assault to a family member with a previous conviction, J/N assault to a family member with a previous conviction, J/N assault to a family member with a previous conviction, possession of marijuana, no proof of financial responsibility, one MISC FTA, and one MISC VPTA at 4:56 p.m. His bond is set at $5,092. 
  15. Luis Amezquita-Martinez was placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 5:05 p.m. He was released Tuesday at 7:43 a.m. 
  16. Christopher Hopkins was arrested for evading arrest and operating an unregistered vehicle at 7:00 p.m. His bond was set at $740 and was released at 7:00 p.m. His bond is set at $740. 
  17. Omari Brathwaite was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information at 7:44 p.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
  18. Louis Rodriguez was arrested for two DWLI, expired vehicle registration, six MISC CPF, and two MISC VPTA at 8:59 p.m. His bond is set at $8:59 p.m. 
  19. Tyler Westerman was arrested for a MISC VOP at 10:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  20. Jorge Salazar was rarested for two MISC CPF at 11:02 p.m. He was released without bond Tuesday at 2:58 a.m. 
  21. Damon Goforth was arrested for pedestrian walking with traffic at 11:25 p.m. His bond was set at $220 and was released Tuesday at 1:58 a.m.
