Get Extra Sleep Sunday Due to Daylight Saving Time Ending

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Everyone will be getting an extra hour of sleep on Monday as Daylight Savings is coming to an end.

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.  Daylight Saving Time is the concept of making better use of the day's light by moving an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening.

Now a days, many of your electronic clocks such as the cell phone, televisions, and computers will automatically change. If you do have an analog clock you will need to turn it back one hour.

Daylight Savings lasts from the beginning of April until the beginning of November.
