SAPD Most Wanted: De La Rosa

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Police Department has issued a issued a most wanted alert for Javier De La Rosa, 42. De La Rosa is wanted to felony theft.

 

He is described as a Hispanic male, with a height of 5’ 08” and weighing 175 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair.

 

SAPD urges anyone who recognizes the fugitive or has information that could lead to his arrest to send a direct message SAPD on Facebook or Twitter or call dispatch at (325) 657-4315.
