SAN ANGELO, TX – Early voting for the Nov. 5 constitutional amendment election began Monday and runs through the next two weeks.
According to the Tom Green County Elections Office, there are ten constitutional amendments on the ballot along with a proposition for voters in San Angelo and a bond election for voters in Water Valley.
The constitutional election includes propositions about banning an individual income tax, increasing state funding for public schools, water funding and allowing law enforcement animals to retire with their handlers.
