Woman Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Assault & Burglary

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – On Thursday morning Linda Garcia, 24, stood before the 391st Court to enter into a guilty plea for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglary of a habitation.

 

Garcia pleaded guilty to the charges and accepted a plea bargain that allotted for 9 years of deferred adjudication and paying a $2,000 fine.

According to court documents Garcia was involved in a burglary with two other males and a car that was registered in her name.

 

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglary of a habitation are both second degree felonies.
