West Texas DJ Arrested for Lewd Acts with a Minor

LUBBOCK, TX -- A West Texas DJ was arrested last night after two underage girls came forward and told police that they were inappropriately touched. 

According to KLBK, on October 9, Charles Sanchez or DJ Sancho, 33, was arrested for indecency with a child by sexual contact. 

The arrest came after two underage girls, one who was under 14-years of age, told Child Protective Services that the DJ had touched them. 

The girls told of multiple instances where Sanchez would get the victims drunk and once even taking a girl into his bed while they were drunk. While in the bed he touched the child's breast even though she told him to stop. 

Another instance occurred when one of the child's parents left out of town. This is when Sanchez touch the girl in her "no no" area. 

 Multiple news outlets have reached out to Sanchez, but he has yet to comment on the allegations.
