Enough said when they reported "elderly"..... The State should pull all driving privileges on a person's 70th birthday, they are a danger to themselves but mainly to everybody else on the roads.... There's plenty of bus routes every hour on the hour that can take them anywhere they need to go.......

A- Smack!
Q- What sound is created when the septuagenarians slap the back of Doc's head?
Yeah, bus routes all over W. Texas.

Meanwhile, people are getting citations for tail lights they didn't know had gone out.

Today, a few fences and a trailer -- tomorrow a pedestrian.
