ABILENE, TX – According to a local news source, new details have emerged from the discrimination settlement former Abilene Police officer Tracy Gates settled with the City of Abilene.

Settlement agreement documents revealed the city agreed to pay out $125,000 to settle the suit filed in July of 2018.
