SAN ANGELO, TX – A Chrylser minivan wound up upside down Thursday afternoon after crashing into another van at the intersection of Abe St. and Harris Avenue near the main Post Office.
According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Long, the driver of the Chrysler was southbound on Abe St. and disregarded the red signal light.

Officer Long says a Chevrolet Astrovan was eastbound on Harris Ave. The Chrysler entered the intersection and crashed into the Astrovan.
The driver of the Astrovan was checked out by medics at the scene but was not transported to the hospital.
Officer Long says the driver of the Chrysler was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
