ABILENE, TX -- A drunk driver drove his truck through the fence of the Lytle Land & Cattle Company.
According to KTXS, on August 27, the Abilene Police Department were dispatched to the Lyyle Land & Cattle Company after a man drove through the fence.
When they arrived they found Zachary Freeman, 27, who was obviously inebriated. He was given a field sobriety test and he failed it.
He was placed under arrest. Inside the truck, police found a pistol, shotgun, and a rifle.
Freeman is charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Lytle Land & Cattle denies serving the man.
