WATCH: Chamber Welcomes Helen's Bistro into the Stephens Central Library

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce welcomed in the new restaurant located in the Stephans Central Library. 

Helen's Bistro, located inside of the library, opened had their official ribbon cutting on August 20.

Since April 1, Helen, her family, and her staff have been working to get the library's newest cafe life. The restaurant has a full breakfast and lunch menu that includes many bistro classics such as Paninis and Quiche. 

The quick stop and go also has incredible seating to enjoy refreshments inside or outside. Also a great benefit is that amenities such as wifi is available though the library.
