The Full Tom Green County Indictment List for August

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fifty-two people were indicted by a Tom Green County Grand Jury in August. 

The following were indicted by a Tom Green County Grand Jury in the Month of August: 

1. Roxxanne Schaefer was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse for an incident that occurred on June 10, 2019. 
2. Richard Torres was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on December 24, 2018. 
3. Matthew Worrord was indicted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 and possession of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred on June 20, 2019. 
4. Ruben Lira was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred on June 23, 2019. Ruben Lira was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred on July 5, 2019. 
5. Kobe Lozano was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle for an incident that occurred June 16, 2019. 
6. David McKinney was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for an incident that occurred on April 6, 2019. 
7. Adam Muniz was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 18,2019. 
8. Jonathan Borrego was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred on June 22, 2019. 
9. Tommy Fiveash was indicted for bail jumping for an incident that occurred on June 4, 2019. 
10. Kalani Flores was indicted for bail jumping for an incident that occurred on June 4, 2019. 
11. Rory Weatherford was indicted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 13, 2019. 
12. Kelly Allard was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for an incident that occurred on April 13, 2019. 
13. Axel Blanco was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 16, 2019. 
14. Byron Cole was indicted for forgery of a financial instrument for an incident that occurred on June 22, 2019. 
15. Wesley Mitcham was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred on June 27, 2019. Mitcham was also indicted for bail jumping for an incident that occurred on June 12, 2019.
16. Angie Rivera was indicted for harassment of a public servant for an incident that occurred on June 16, 2019. 
17. Anthony Rodriguez was indicted for bail jumping for an incident that occurred on June 05,2019. 
18. Brandon Sanchez was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 18,2019. 
19. Jesus Tobia was indicted for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by contact for an incident that occurred on December 19, 2014. 
20. Rhea Valdez was indicted for injury to a child with intent to cause serious bodily injury and assault to a family member with a previous conviction for an incident tha occurred on June 30, 2019. 
21. Rickey Williams was indicted for possession of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred on June 14, 2019. 
22. Austin Russell was indicted for theft of a property of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000 for an an incident that occurred on April 3, 2019. 
23. Krystal Stelton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 16, 2019. 
24. Raymundo Gavario Jr. was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 for an incident that occurred on June 6, 2019.
