SAN ANGELO, TX -- The pony that was injured last week has had surgery and is now recovering.
The following is a statement from Concho Valley PAWS
Surgery went well and the veterinarian is cautiously optimistic but the farrier said he already sees improved range of motion. It will be a couple of months before we know how successful the procedure was. Our boy will never be a riding pony but he will have an improved quality of life without pain. Thank you so much! Ponyboy remains in the hospital until Thursday.
