SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was arrested yesterday after reckless driving and then assaulted jailers.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, on August 7 an officer with the SAPD pulled over a driver due to him driving recklessly.
The officer identified the man as 20-year-old Keshawn Bilbo. Bilbo did not have a drivers license and was placed under arrest for reckless driving and having no drivers license.
After the officer dropped Bilbo off at the Tom Green County Jail things heated up. Police say that Bilbo began acting "belligerent with jail staff." This meaning that Bilbo used his body to resist the booking process.
Bilbo went on to tell jailers that he wanted to fight the officer that arrested him.
After these actions a charge of resisting arrest was added on to the two original charges.
Bilbo was arrested for resisting arrest, reckless driving, and no DL at 2:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,440 and was released at 8:43 a.m.

PermalinkI had to laugh at his mugshot. He has his head lowered and his eyes rolled up to give his best crazy look. I wonder how much time he has spent in front of a mirror practicing to be scary, bless his heart.
