AMBER ALERT: Missing West Virginia Girl Found in West Texas

PECOS, TX -- A girl that was missing was found safe yesterday. 

According to CBS 7, on July 13, 4-year-old Gracelynn Scritchfield was reported missing from Fairmount West Virginia. 

She was last seen being taken by her biological father 26-year-old Arlie Hetrick III. 

After nearly a month, on August 1, the US Marshals Service found the child with the father in Pecos. 

Gracelynn is in good health and is currently in CPS custody. 

Charges may be pending on the father.
