Leaving a Correctional Facility Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-one suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including leaving a correctional facility, assaulting police officers, and public intoxication. 

Out of the 448 beds, 430 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Alicia Mendoza was arrested for assault to a peace officer, resisting arrest, DWLI, and no liability insurance at 7:30 a.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
  • Leslie Jones was arrested for MISC MTR possession of a controlled substance at 10:39 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Derrick Wilcoxon was arrested for VOP driving while intoxicated at 11:53 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000. 
  • Desirae Pena was arrested for two MISC COMM at 12:17 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Elijah Davis was arrested for four MISC COMM at 12:24 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Tatishta Love was arrested for FTA possession of marijuana and GOB possession of marijuana at 1:35 p.m. Her bond is set at $99,800. 
  • Conchita Bermea was arrested for unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 2:05 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jessie Viafranco was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and J/N tampering with intent to impair physical evidence at 3:45 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Manuel Alvarez was arrested for criminal mischief at 4:08 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Francisco Garfias was arrested for GOB assault to a peace officer and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 4:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tommy Samaripa was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 5:04 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:13 p.m.
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Edward Renovato was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 6:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Nikki Diaz was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:02 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Joann Rojas was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous convictions, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, and a MISC VOP at 7:12 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
  • Justin Lee was arrested for GJI two counts of evading arrest with a motor vehicle and a MISC bench warrant at 7:50 p.m. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Johnnie Gonzales was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:09 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:29 p.m. 
  • Joseph Tambunga was arrested for three counts of public intoxication, impeding traffic, RPR criminal trespassing, three MISC FTA, and a MISC VPTA at 9:21 p.m. His bond is set at $4,074. 
  • Ernest Cardenas was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:05 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Robert Wilson was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alexia Goodman was arrested for one MISC CPF at 11:47 p.m. She was released without bond at 1:28 a.m.
