ABILENE, TX -- A man was indicted for possessing child pornography with intent to share it.
On February 21, the Abilene Police Department served a search warrant at a house across the street from a Mann Middle School. While inside police found "Electronic evidence" of child pornography.
Jeffery Tatum, 32, was arrested that day and charged with possession of child pornography with intent to distribute.
According to KTXS, Tatum admitted to downloading, possessing, and sharing child pornography via the internet.
On June 6, Tatum was indicted by a Taylor County Grand Jury.
