Shannon Hosts Cancer Survivor Celebration

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Shannon Medical Center hosted a Cancer Survivor Celebration today.

The celebration was held in the Shannon Clinic Magdalen Lobby at noon.

Multiple survivors, diagnosed, and those in treatment came together to celebrate their victory with friends and family.

Staff members of Shannon were also present serving a cake that quoted the theme of the party "Celebrate Life." Other members of staff handed out roses to those who wanted one.

The main objective of the celebration was to "celebrate life, strength and contribute hope to others."

The Shannon Clinic Magdalen Cancer Empowerment and Resource Center is located at 102. N Magdalen.
