SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Police Department Streets Crime Division, Criminal Investigation Division, and Lake Division executed a search warrant yesterday and seized a pound of meth and an illegal gun.
On June 3, SAPD executed a search warrant at the 700 block of Preusser St. The person living in house was 40-year-old Jessica Villa.
Once inside police found Villa and Pedro Galvan, 35, inside the residence with one pound of methamphetamine, a firearm, and narcotic distribution.
Galvan has prior felonies including manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana more than four onces but less than five pounds.
Galvan was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and a parole violation.
According to SAPD, Villa and Galvan are pending Federal prosecution at this time.
