KERRVILLE, TX -- A man was arrested on Friday for inappropriately touching a child.
On May 22, the Kerr County Sheriff's Office began investigating an incident about a man touching a child. They began the investigation after the teenager told deputies that she was sexually abused as a child.
A forensic interview was conducted with the child at the Kids Advocacy Place and details of the abuse were obtained.
Juan Luna, 45, was brought in and interviewed. During which he admitted to inappropriately touching the child when the child visited his residence.
He was then arrested and booked into the Kerr County jail and charged with Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. His bond is set at $25,000.
