SAN ANGELO, TX – A man was indicted by a grand jury on May 2 for threatening to spread his ex-girlfriend's nude photos.
On December 2, Guadalupe Trevino and his ex-girlfriend had just separated. In order to make the girl stay with him he threatened to disclose pictures the girl had let him have.
According to the indictment, The pictures contained the girl posing nude.
His initial pre-trail date has not been set at this time.
Trevino is charged with publish/threaten to publish intimate visual material a state jail felony.
