Power Outage in Grape Creek Saturday

SAN ANGELO, TX -- There is a power outage in the community of Grape Creek due to a single vehicle collision involving a pick up and an electrical pole at the intersection of Ballard Rd. & Wren Rd. According to reports, the male driver from San Angelo with no passengers was uninjured.  No injuries reported. Grape Creek VFD responded to extinguish small grass fire caused by damaged electrical pole. Over 500 customers effected. Area is closed off to traffic. Avoid the area. Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, Texas DPS, & AEP also responded to the incident.
