Bucket of Motor Oil Spills Causing Cars to Slide on Roadway

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo Police and Firefighters worked Tuesday afternoon to clean up a spill that was creating a traffic hazard on Sherwood Way and Sunset Blvd. 

It appears a bucket of oil fell out of a vehicle and created a slick spot in the middle of the intersection.

Firefighters put down an absorbent material down to soak up the slick stuff.  

The hazard was so significant that police issued a traffic alert for motorists to avoid the intersection.
