64-Year-Old Abilene Man Indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child

ABILENE, TX -- A Taylor County Grand Jury indicted an elderly man for continuous sexual assault of a child over a 5-year span.

Arthur Rocha, 64, was indicted after police say he molested an 11-year-old girl. The abuse ended after the girl turned 16, according to documents obtained by KTXS.

Rocha reportedly admitted to family members of the abuse according to police. One of those family members came forward.
